Thank you for taking advantage of Narita Parking, and we hope our service is satisfactory to you.
The weather has been abnormal lately, so please read our "Responsibility Exemption" beforehand.

・We shall not be held liable for any damages and losses caused by disastrous weather including breakage, malfunction, and scratches, etc. by snow and/or wind.

・Your car's scratches are checked when you first bring it to our parking lot, but please understand that it is impossible to check it completely. Small scratches might be found after we wash the car, and we shall not be held liable for them.

・Parking lot

There are many trees around our office, and the No.1, 2, and 3 parking areas. We shall not be held liable for damages resulting from tree branches blown down by the wind, or broken by the snow, etc.

Note: Our warranty is invalid in the above cases.
Please read our brochure beforehand as the above clauses are written in the "Overseas Tourist parking" brochure.

・ We and our insurance company are not responsible and are not liable in following cases regarding the vehicle you entrust to us.
・ We shall not be held responsible and shall not be held liable for the car and/or any other matter relating to the service after we return the car to you at the airport terminal.
・ We shall not be held liable for scratches on the car which are not seen when you leave the car with us and when we return the car to you. We shall also not be held liable for scratches on the car we find after we wash it. Also, we shall not be held liable for the malfunction of the car including breakdowns of transmission, battery, and/or accelerator.
・ We sometimes find that a tire(s) becomes flat while parked. We repair it without your consent because we need to move the car, but the repair charge is yours.
・ We shall not be held liable for any precious belongings and cash left in your vehicle.
・ When the No. 1 parking lot is filled, we park your car at the No. 2 or No. 3 parking lot. In this case, the mileage indication will have increased over that of the time you left the car with us. But we hope you understand it is because we moved your car to another parking lot.
・ We shall not be held liable for scratches on the windshield or on the side glass resulting from small flying stones or rocks and this is determined as an exemplary damage.
・ In case the car you entrust to us is stolen, you agree to accept the amount of procurement of the car our insurance company decides in their clauses. If the amount the insurance company offers you is not sufficient, the deficient amount is liable to you. (The substitute car will be selected by our own discretion.)
・ We shall not be held liable for any damages or losses to the car you entrust to us arising from natural disasters, riots, etc.
