Q. What is the warranty of my car?
A. We issue a "Warranty of the Vehicle Parked" which assures you of our responsibility for your car in our parking lot or when we move your car.
Note: We are not responsible in the following cases:
*We shall not be held liable for any claims you might have after you leave our parking lot with your car.
*We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, and/or mal-function of your vehicle arising from unpredictable accidents/incidents, natural disasters, unauthorized access of other people, and/or any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, or other intangible matters which happens beyond our responsibility.
*We shall absolutely not be held liable for losses of any items and/or precious belongings left in the vehicle.

Q. Is it possible to park my car in a lot with a roof? If so, how much will it cost?
A. Yes, you can. If you wish, please tell us so when you make a reservation. The additional fee for covered parking is 500 yen per day.
Q. How good is the free car wash?
A. It is an automated machine wash. If you do not want this wash, please indicate it to us when you park the car.
Q. When do I pay for the service?
A. Please pay when you leave the car at Narita International Airport terminal.
Q. Do you accept credit card?
A. No, we accept only cash payment, because this is terminal service.
Q. How much will the parking fee be if the parking exceeds more than 20 days.
A. An additional fee of 1000 Yen per day between 21 days and 30 days will be applied. And 500 Yen a day will be added to the fee after 31 days.
Q. Are the day of parking and the day of leaving the parking lot counted within the charged dates?
A. Yes, each day is counted as one day.
Q. What do you mean "Terminal Service"?
A.

"Terminal Service" means that you leave your car at Narita International Airport Terminal, and you receive your car at the Airport Terminal when you return.
We will bring your car to the Airport Terminal as soon as you give us a phone call after you pass through the custom.

Q. Do you issue an official receipt for the payment of your service?
A. Yes, we do. Just ask it when you make a payment.
Q. If something unexpected happens and I will be arriving at Narita International Airport much later, what should I do?
A. Please give us a call. If you cannot make a phone call, just be cool and drive your car safely to our office. We will wait for you.
Q. What is the procedure required to take advantage of Pet Hotel Maki's service?
A. Make a reservation by calling Pet Hotel Maki direct. The telephone number is 0478-73-5684.
Q. How do I pay for the Pet Hotel Maki service?
A. A representative of Pet Hotel Maki will be waiting for you at Narita International Airport Terminal. So leave your pet with her/him and make the payment at that time. (Only a cash payment will be accepted.)
Q. Do you perform the "automobile inspection" while I leave the car with you?
A. Yes, we do. It will be done at the "Toyota Dealer Inspection." Only a cash payment is acceptable for this service. Pease inquire about this when you make a reservation or call beforehand.
Q. My car is very precious to me, so I would like to leave my car with somebody who really knows how to take care of it.
A. Our motto is to provide wholehearted service for you. You can leave your car with us without any worries.
